The American Ultra Luxe 60s Stratocaster HSS continues the progression of the Strat from it's 1954 roots into the 60s where lasting changes to the instrument were made. The California made Ultra Luxe Vintage Tele demonstrates where the Telecaster has been and where it can go with superior craftsmanship and modern appointments.
The Fender American Ultra Luxe Vintage 60s Stratocaster is made with a premium Alder body finished with aged Heirloom lacquer. For lasting stability and high performance, the quarter-swan maple neck features a Modern 'D' shape with Ultra rolled edges, medium jumbo stainless-steel frets, compound radius rosewood fingerboard (10"-14"), Luminlay side dots, and a Graph Tech TUSQ® nut. And as you play up the neck, there is a tapered neck heel for easier access to those higher frets.
The Ultra Luxe Stratocaster is wired with Pure Vintage '61 Strat pickups that deliver timeless Fender chime while the loaded Haymaker humbucker is ready to take flight with strong punchy power. The S-1 switch volume knob splits the humbucker to singel coil. Another modern addition is the 2-Point American Ultra synchronized tremolo with polished stainless steel block saddles that provide lasting sustain and dialing in accurate intonation. And the choice of short post locking tuners offers quick string changes and more tuning stability.
The American Ultra Luxe Vintage 60s Stratocaster® HSS was built for impecable performance while maintaining timeless classic design.
