Darrow Model D Dreadnought w/HSC

This guitar was built with the utmost care and attention to detail by Hillsborough, NC builder Tim Darrow.  It features all solid wood construction, including the Adirondack spruce top, mahogany back, sides, and neck, and ebony bridge, fretboard, and headstock overlay.  The neck features a very comfortable soft-V profile, great for playing chords and reminiscent of older folk guitar designs.  The vintage-style open Waverly tuners do an excellent job of maintaining tuning. This guitar plays and sounds like a dream, with a huge, open tone that leaves nothing to be desired.  Truly the result of top-tier craftsmanship.
